Course Prerequisites
To enroll in the SSI Dry Suit Diving program, you must meet the following requirements:

Minimum Age: 10 or 12 years old (varies by region/center, though 12 is the standard for full certification).

Certification: Must be a certified Open Water Diver (or have a qualifying certification from another agency).

Note: This course can also be taken in combination with your Open Water Diver training.

Medical: Complete a "Fit to Dive" medical questionnaire; some conditions may require a doctor's clearance.
Training Structure

Theory: 6 academic sessions (often completed via the MySSI App).

Pool/Confined Water: 1 mandatory session to practice skills in a controlled environment.

Open Water Dives: Minimum of 2 training dives to apply your skills in real-world conditions.
